Aurelie Laugraud

Co-Branch Coordinator

Kia ora,

I’m Aurelie. Originally from France, I moved with my partner and our three children to New Zealand 10 years ago.

I’ve been a part of Bellyful since 2018 and I am really happy to be able to help families when they need it as I can relate to those challenges. I enjoy volunteering as it is important to me to make a difference in people’s lives.

I’m looking forward to meeting people and supporting our community.

Karen Spackman

Co-Branch Coordinator

I’ve been volunteering for Bellyful Selwyn since 2015.

I’ve always wanted to give back to the community,  and with my love of food and family Bellyful was a great option.
I’m a trained navy/army chef and a catering Instructor for corrections where I teach and supervise prisoners in Christchurch mens and women’s prison.

I have two grown up girls that help Bellyful Selwyn, and a grandmother to nearly two-year-old twins girls, who call me Lolli and my husband Shane is pops. Lolli & Pops.

We also have a black Labrador called Loki.

I organize the Cookathons for Bellyful Selwyn and could see that Aurelie could use some help running Bellyful Selwyn. So, I decided to step up and become Co-Branch Coordinator.

With the help of our other Bellyful Selwyn volunteers, we will be getting our name out in Selwyn, by fundraising, cooking, and delivering meals to families of our community.
